It rained today, really heavy rain in the afternoon. We got half of our month of October's normal rain fall on the first day of the month.
Sam was in the office all day.
I wrote all day. Lovely.
Otto and I went for a walk just before lunch time, as the rain was forecast for an hour's time after we left. I'm still on my Joan Armatrading kick so I listened to her on my headphones.
I've also been listening to U2s Songs of Experience, in preparation for their new album. I like it.
I got a turkey and brie cheese and salad roll and a chocolate and banana muffin for lunch just after we came home from our walk.
Then, that was done, the only thing I really had to do today. That was probably fortunate as only a couple of hours later the rain start and it did stop for hours after that.
I also watched Charlie is My Darling, Rolling Stones doco from 1965. It is interesting as a historical document. Kind of like watching an old black and white movie.
