Laugh every day and be kind to the people you meet.
Treat others as you would want to be treated.
It's not rocket science.
It isn't difficult to understand.
You don't need doctrines, or caliphates, or apostles, or high priests, or lamas, you just need common sense and a few smarts.
(I guess common sense and smarts are the same thing, but you understand what I mean)
Be kind. There is no alternative meaning to kind, kind can only mean one thing.
