| I haven't been able to think of anything to write, for this last week, actually, since my last post, I'm not sure why? I've written something most days, but none of it has turned out to be much. So, while I am waiting for my writing mojo to return, here is a photo of Buddy asleep on my bed with me today. We spent the day in bed, me watching clips on YouTube and Buddy snoring next to me. Isn't he cute? You've gotta love YouTube, it is the easiest way to waste a day |

Cute? Maybe. Maybe not. But I'm sure he's adorable.
Actually, to my own surprise, so many more people, than I would have ever thought, think he is cute. So many people think the squashed in face is, in fact, cute.
I thought that so many people would be repelled by the bulldog face when I first got him. I grew up with very unusual dogs (another breed) as a child and I am used to people reacting to them and I thought a bulldog would be the same. Buddy has just turned 3 years old and I have never heard one person express any dislike for him. I'm sure there are those who feel that way and who have kept their feelings to themselves, but that in itself I also find surprising.
I realise you didn't want to engage in endless debate on this subject, but it is something I have found very interesting.
Well there you go, beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.
