Melissa had done little to help, I see, when I get into work this morning. Oh, that's okay, I think, whatever. I can get it all done on my own.
A bit later I find out that she didn't come into work on Friday due to the extreme heat risk. (remember it was 40 degrees on Friday) It is her horses, she has horses, and she has to be home on the off chance that she has to evacuate them if there is a bush fire.
Queen of the day off, I tell you.
