It's hard to put jeans back on when you have been wearing shorts all summer. They just don't feel right.
You know, suddenly your legs are enclosed and they almost feel like they are suffocating, the fresh air has gone, and you feel oddly stiff.
They are screaming for at least the first few days.
“Don’t shut us away! Don’t shut us away! Don’t shut us away!”
It is like they have developed claustrophobia over the summer with all that air and easy living and they don’t want to give it up easily, nay can’t give it up easily. You know when you have tasted the green grass in the further paddock it isn’t easy to come back.
