Bloody Hell!

Bloody hell. I change my internet plan and bang, thank you very much, my internet no longer works.

Don't you think the sales staff could have informed me of this little fact when we made the deal? I've been working twelve hour days and had no time to call and straighten it out until till this morning.

Thank you technical support, you, at least, were great.
