They demolished an ugly building 25 Smith Street and they replaced it with an even uglier building. That is so weird. They could have built anything.

In my mind, it kind of shows that property developers care less about the suburb in which they are developing than they do about the money they are making. You know, if they say, this is a great development for the suburb, that is probably bullshit.
