The main problem with HR is that their very existence is a lie. They are duplicitous. They are deceitful by their very nature. The perception is that HR is there to help the employees, but actually the opposite is true. HR are there to protect the company from the employees.
HR is the executive’s Gestapo. HR are there to implement and enforce the executive’s orders and desires. HR is relegated the dirty work of the hierarchy.
