Walking the Dogs

In the park I looked up and there was the gorgeous sky blushing pink.

As Bud trotted up the incline in the park. “Look Bud, look 👀 at the beautiful sky.”

"Snuffle, snuffle, snuffle," Bud responded.

Sunset

I raced up to my attic bedroom to take shots as soon as I saw the sky blush pink.

The sunset was a cracker. So gorgeous. I love a great sunset, it makes my heart sing with wonder.

Sunrise, not in Melbourne, my ex-boyfriend, from far north NSW, sent it to me from the Gold Coast.

Don't you agree, this is how the world should greet us every morning. Just like that, an awesome (note the correct use of the word awesome) display of colour and majesty.

Gorgeous, isn't it. Those colours are really something. God (used ironically) damn! (said the bishop to the actress)

Imagine if all of our intentions were as pure as a sunrise?

Imagine if all of our outcomes were as beautiful.

Sunset in the city

Saturday, May 14, 2016

Walking the dog, down the streets and through the parks, the pink sky shone down on us as it started to say good night.

Sunset in Greeves Street. I couldn't help but be taken with this.

I love the smell of the setting sun on a clear afternoon. I love that crisp light and those delicate colours. I love it when the day ends with loveliness.

Sunset Over Fitzroy

Look at those colours. We just can't beat nature no matter how hard we try

Walking passed the flats in Napier Street, the sky looked "just so" as the sun dipped in the west. Buddy scampered along with his nose down sniffing like dogs do and he didn't notice at all. The colours were quite lovely, really, yellows, oranges and blues. There was a chill in the air, which is always the best air to be walking in, especially with an enthusiastic bulldog leading the way.

Despite the shitty weather all day, the sky still turned pink at dusk
