The Day Was Winter Grey

I went to the supermarket and got milk, yogurt and fruit and vegetables. I made us huge bowls of muesli and fruit and yogurt and then we settled into watching the day be grey.

I took advantage of the new discount system that Woollies has on offer. They have been so wonderful in their drive to lower their costs that they have provided us with means to do the same thing. Just when you thought big business didn’t care and all that, they prove that they do. So, in my drive to lower my costs I saw that the lowest price on offer was Navel Oranges at $1.40 per kg so, of course, that was the price I elected to use for all my fruit and vegetables at the self service. It is so lovely of a big multi national shop, don’t you think?
