It's just supply and demand and another boogie man for the politician's to scare us with. And an excuse for all that bad parenting. Oh, he got into drugs. Every body looks knowing, every body looks concerned. Nothing is said about the neglect and the lack of love from the parent's for the previous ten years.
Oh yes, it suits a lot of people to blacken drug dealers name.
And all they are doing is retail, to a willing market, to people looking for their wares.
