Cobwebs

Cobwebs. My house is full of cobwebs. Where do they come from? Where do they go?

They are in the shower and above the front door. The are in the toilet, on every floor. The are right above me now, as I write this. My lounge room ceiling was covered in them, until I brushed them away. But even as my duster goes swish, swish, I'm sure the arachnopods are scheming together some where, in the crack in the wall, behind the light in the hall.
